Overview

We are looking for an experienced floor manager to lead our busy Cambridge location. You will oversee daily operations, train and motivate a team, and ensure exceptional service for guests.

Pay & Benefits

• £39,500–£42,000 per year inclusive of tronc.
• Full‑time, 5‑day weekly schedule with Monday‑Sunday availability required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage kitchen and front‑of‑house operations during busy shifts (up to 3,000 covers per week).
• Ensure high standards of quality, safety and guest service.
• Lead, coach and develop team members to maintain the best‑performing team.
• Collaborate with other managers for seamless service.
• Handle staffing, scheduling and administrative duties.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a floor manager in a high‑volume bar/restaurant environment.
• Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Strong leadership with a people‑first approach.
