Join Our Team as a Cocktail Bartender at Dishoom Glasgow

Dishoom Glasgow is excited to announce the opening of our newest location in Scotland! We are looking to build a vibrant team to help us deliver the authentic spirit of Bombay in a bustling, welcoming environment. Join us from mid-July and be a key part of our opening team, with interviews starting at the end of May 2024.

Since 2010, Dishoom has celebrated the food and drink of Bombay through our cafes across London, Edinburgh, Manchester, Birmingham, and now Glasgow. We are committed to providing an exceptional guest experience and supporting our team members\’ growth and well-being.

What We Offer

• Competitive hourly wage (£14.75 – £15.25 inclusive of tronc)
• Full-time hours across 5 days, with a variety of daytime and evening shifts

Role Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails in a busy environment
• Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards

Candidate Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a high-volume setting
• Knowledge of classic cocktails and bar operations
• Enthusiasm to learn about Dishoom\’s drinks and food offerings
• Desire to grow into leadership roles
