Requirements
- Previous work experience as a Host – at least 1 year minimum in a high volume restaurant/bar environment, following detailed steps of service and use of guest management systems.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests day or night with a smile that makes them instantly feel welcomed.
- Transport guests to the Irani cafés of Bombay, understand their wants and needs, and find ways to exceed their expectations.
- Maintain a stickler for details, ensuring clear communication to guests and team alike, and that any special requirements are taken care of.
What to Expect
- Hourly rate of £16–£17 (inclusive of tronc) based on the last 3‑month average.
- Full‑time role, 5 days a week, Monday–Sunday availability required with a weekly rota provided at least 6 days in advance.
- All‑day dining café – daytime and evening shifts; not usually late nights.
- Monthly payment schedule.
- Paid holidays at usual rate, closed Christmas Day and Boxing Day; extra day for schools if you have children.
