Job Summary

We are looking for curious, energetic and helpful people to join our team as Food Runners.

Food Runners deliver huge trays of food and drink to all guests, handle special requests (e. g. allergies), and ensure a smooth shift in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver huge trays of food and drink to all guests.
  • Handle special requests and maintain food safety and allergy requirements.
  • Support the team during busy service, maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Travel up to 20,000 steps per shift across the venue.
  • Work with managers and colleagues to keep service running smoothly.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous work experience in any role for a minimum of 6 months preferred.
  • Willingness to learn about food, drink and guest service.
  • Ability to work in a busy environment and handle physical demands.

Compensation & Benefits

  • £14.50 – £15.50 per hour inclusive of tronc.
  • Monthly payment.
  • Full‑time role, 5 days a week, Monday‑Sunday availability required.
  • Weekly rota given at least 6 days in advance.
