We are looking for curious, self‑motivated and helpful people to join our team as Bar Support. No previous hospitality experience is required – we provide the training and support you need to succeed. Minimum 6 months of any work experience is preferred, and you must be willing to learn about our food, drink, bar operation and guest service.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the bartender’s right arm, anticipating needs and providing support during busy shifts
  • Learn our bar specifications and recipes from day one and shadow experienced cocktail bartenders
  • Maintain a clean and well‑stocked bar, ensuring smooth service throughout the day
  • Assist guests with beverage recommendations and handle alcohol service responsibly
  • Work across a variety of daytime and evening shifts in an all‑day dining cafe environment

Qualifications

  • Curious, self‑motivated, helpful and able to work well in a team
  • Minimum 6 months of any work experience; hospitality experience a plus
  • Willingness to learn about food, drink and bar operation
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including any day of the week, with a weekly rota provided at least 6 days in advance

What to Expect

  • £14.50 – £15.50 per hour inclusive of tronc, based on your last 3‑month average
  • Full‑time role – 5 days per week, Monday to Sunday availability required
  • Monthly pay, with weekly changing rota given 6 days early
  • All‑day dining café – shifts include daytime and evening hours, not just late nights
