We’re looking for an efficient, organised, and real team player to join us as a Food Expeditor.

The Food Expeditor is the master of the pass and a renowned multi‑tasker; ensuring excellent communication and making sure our guests are never waiting too long for their Dishoom dishes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the pass and ticketing systems in a high‑volume, busy environment.
  • Ensure excellent communication across the kitchen and front staff.
  • Keep guests’ waiting times to a minimum and coordinate with kitchen staff.

Qualifications

  • Previous work experience managing the pass or ticketing systems in a high‑volume, busy environment.
  • Efficient, organised, and a strong team player.

  • £17.50–£18.50 per hour inclusive of tronc (based on the last 3‑month average), paid monthly.
  • Full‑time role with a 5‑day workweek, Monday‑Sunday availability, with a weekly rota provided at least 6 days in advance.
