Qualifications

  • Previous work experience as a Server/Waiter/Waitress - at least 1 year minimum, in a high volume restaurant environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow detailed steps of service, including allergen procedures.
  • A desire to grow; we promote our Head Waiters from within and provide a Masterclass programme for future leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests with a smile that makes them instantly feel welcomed.
  • Transport guests to Bombay by possessing awesome knowledge of all drinks, bar snacks, curries, sharing plates and well‑loved Dishoom dishes.
  • Ensure smooth service for whatever number of tables, communicating clearly with the team so nothing goes amiss.

  • Pay: £19–20 per hour inclusive of tronc, monthly pay.
