Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience working as a cocktail bartender in a high‑volume restaurant or bar environment, with knowledge of classic cocktails.
- Willingness to learn and grow with training and progressive responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality cocktail service in a fast‑paced setting, maintaining excellence in taste, presentation, and speed.
- Prepare and serve coffee and chai drinks with equal care.
- Greet guests with a warm smile and engaging bar conversation to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist with bar set‑up, inventory and cleaning duties while adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Participate in initial training covering Dishoom’s drinks, bar operation and brand standards.
- Apply training in practice for the first three months in a non‑guest‑facing environment before serving guests.
Benefits & Compensation
- Hourly rate: £16.00‑£16.50 inclusive of Tronc (based on the last 3‑month average).
- Full‑time role 5 days per week with Monday‑Sunday availability required.
- Weekly rota provided at least 6 days in advance.

Working Hours
As an all‑day dining café, shifts span morning, midday and evening. Guest service hours are typically earlier and vary due to the café format.
