In Dishoom, our managers (Babus) are vital to delivering a brilliant experience for our guests. With around 8,000 covers per site per week, each shift is demanding but rewarding. You will be at the helm of a large team, guiding service standards and managing long wait times with a big-hearted, customer-focused approach.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Several years of experience as a Floor Manager in a high-volume, multi-faceted bar/restaurant environment.
- Strive for first-class performance and an obsessive focus on quality.
- Sharp eye for detail, always upholding the highest standards and ensuring every shift is safe and well-managed.
- Lead with genuine care for people, coaching and developing team members naturally.
- Commit to guest and team happiness, creating a supportive atmosphere that turns first-time diners into regulars.

Working Conditions
- Salary: £39,000 – £44,000 per year inclusive of tronc.

- Paid holidays at full rate; sites closed on Christmas Day and Boxing Day; one extra day for parents to take their children to school.
- No uniform: smart/casual attire is acceptable, and trainers are fine.
