We are an exciting start-up and the UK’s leading franchisor of virtual brands. We partner with food operators to use their kitchen capacity to increase their sales and profitability by selling our brands on delivery platforms within their area. We are looking for a dynamic and commercially focused Head of Marketing with the vision and leadership qualities to step into a Marketing Director role as the company grows. This is a unique opportunity for a strategic, data-driven, and hands-on marketing leader to take ownership of both B2C and B2B marketing.

The B2C marketing is for our consumer brands which include Eugreeka!, Leb + Nöm, Bao + Bowls and Wingology. The B2B marketing is for Dish’d to attract franchise and corporate partners. You’ll drive brand awareness, market share, and direct consumer engagement while also leading B2B advertising campaigns to create franchise partnerships. You will work closely with senior leadership, third-party aggregators, external agencies, and business partners to align marketing efforts across multiple channels and business areas. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Marketing & Growth
  • Develop and execute a long-term marketing strategy to expand brand presence and grow market share.
  • Oversee B2C and B2B marketing efforts, ensuring alignment across all segments.
  • Lead segmentation initiatives to improve targeting and engagement.
  • Identify new opportunities for brand development, partnerships, and business growth.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to ensure marketing efforts support business growth objectives.
  • B2B Advertising & Corporate Growth
    • Develop and manage B2B advertising campaigns to attract and retain franchise partners.
    • Work with the sales team to generate and nurture B2B leads through targeted marketing.
    • Create and manage campaigns for corporate partnerships, events, and sponsorships.
    • Align B2B marketing efforts with the overall brand strategy to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Campaign & Digital Execution
    • Lead the marketing rollout of a direct ordering system, encouraging consumer adoption.
    • Develop and execute a social media strategy to increase awareness of individual Dish’d brands and incremental sales.
    • Organise and execute a Student Outreach Marketing Plan to engage key demographics.
    • Manage relationships with third-party aggregators, securing additional marketing budget and promotional opportunities.
  • Agency & Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Work with external agencies (creative, media, PR, and digital) to develop and execute high-impact campaigns.
    • Ensure marketing goals are aligned across different parts of the business, driving a unified approach.
    • Collaborate with aggregator marketing teams to optimise promotional opportunities.
  • Leadership & Future Growth
    • Work towards establishing and leading a high-performing marketing team as the company scales.
    • Take ownership of marketing budgets, making strategic investment decisions.
    • Develop internal processes for scalable marketing execution and campaign efficiency.
    • Act as a key marketing voice in senior leadership meetings, contributing to overall business growth.

    What are we looking for?

    • 5+ years of marketing experience in the food sector.
    • Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies.
    • Experience of managing both B2C and B2B marketing campaigns.
    • People management experience.
    • Strong analytical mindset, with experience using data to drive marketing decisions.
    • Experience working with third-party aggregators & digital marketing platforms.
    • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
    • Experience managing external agencies and third-party partners.
    • Fluent in English - spoken and written.
    • Able to work independently, flexibly, efficiently and to tight deadlines.
    • A leader-in-the-making, with a desire to grow into a Marketing Director role.
