Working for the region's premium Hotel & Country Inn group, you will be tasked with working alongside the group Exec chef to support the talented kitchens throughout the region, covering holidays, occasional shortages and events. This is a very rewarding position for the right forward‑thinking head chef.
Package & Benefits- Superb salary of £35,000 plus mileage.
- Opportunity to develop the varied venues menus and kitchen cultures alongside the Exec chef.
- Loyalty scheme payable every six months.
- Opportunity to work in some of the region's finest kitchens, cooking up to a 2‑rosette level.
- Proven fresh food‑led background, ideally to a Rosette standard, be it gastro, restaurant or hotel.
- Position ideally for an established head chef, although sous chefs with a proven management history will be considered.
- Desire to innovate & create, and be excited by local seasonal products.
- Sound understanding of kitchen management.
- Being mobile is a must due to location and nature of the position; no company car included yet.
