Job Overview

As the Business Development and Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our clients company\’s growth and success. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company\’s client base
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to enter new markets or introduce new products/services
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients
    • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to build relationships and generate leads
  • Sales Management:
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives
    • Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals
    • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals with potential clients
    • Analyse sales data and market trends to forecast future sales and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Client Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients
    • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing client accounts
    • Conduct regular client meetings to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
    • Develop and implement client retention strategies
  • Marketing Relations:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and marketing materials
    • Provide input on marketing campaigns and initiatives to ensure alignment with sales objectives
    • Participate in the creation of case studies and success stories to showcase the company\’s capabilities
    • Contribute to the development of the company\’s brand strategy and positioning
    • Represent the company at industry events and speaking engagements
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategies
    • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team
    • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on business growth opportunities
