Responsibilities- Cover senior chefs' days off
- Demonstrate reliability with a balanced CV (no "jumpy" chefs)
- Work in events, hotels, restaurants, gastro pubs, care homes and schools
- Be able to enthuse & engage junior chefs
- Maintain a strong work ethic
- Have means of transport
- Experience working in varied kitchen environments
- DBS required for care home & school work
- Be working at minimum Sous Chef level
- Experience covering senior chefs' days off
- Engage junior chefs; no "shouty chefs" please
