With an emphasis on local, seasonal foods, cooked using modern & interesting techniques, with the latest chefs kit, this really is a great opportunity for a career-minded chef to make a name for themselves, working in a very supportive environment for a chef who wants to learn.
Ideal Chef de Partie will have the following attributes:- Experience working with fresh food, be it in Restaurant, Hotel or Gastro pub
- Ideally worked in a fresh food led kitchen, although a desire to learn is just as important
- Demonstrate at least 1 year in a similar position, no jumpy chefs here
- Own transport would be ideal due to the semi-rural location, or be looking to relocate to the area and use the accommodation available
- Desire & attitude to learn every day, soak up the style of service, and high standards of the kitchens, & bring a sound work ethic to the team; hard work, passion & desire are the attributes my client is looking for
