We are looking to recruit a Sous Chef into this quality gastro pub with rooms near Thirsk, to assist the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of this quality venue. This position would suit an experienced Sous Chef, used to a fast-paced service restaurant.
Our clients are looking for applicants who can demonstrate:

- Experience working in a fresh food led kitchen, utilising local & seasonal produce
