Our clients who operate this premium 4 star hotel & fine dining Pan Asian restaurant in the heart of the Lake District are recruiting a Restaurant Manager to oversee the day to day running of the stunning restaurant, heading up a team of 10 FOH staff, and reporting into the Hotel General Manager.
As Restaurant Manager you will:
- Have a friendly yet professional persona.
- Have experience working in a high end fine dining restaurant, be it restaurant, hotel or quality gastro pub.
- A sound understanding of wines is a must.
- Be a strong leader, being able to enthuse those around you.
- Lead by example to ensure your high standards filter through the front of house team.
- Control staff management and training along with ordering and stock control.
- Have the ability to self-manage and adapt to changing situations.
