We are working with a number of clients throughout Newcastle, Northumberland & the North -East & Nationwide to offer temporary Chef positions from one day to 3 months, with a great deal of flexibility for you and very competitive rates, Limited company freelance chefs are also more than welcome!

The ideal temp chef will be able to demonstrate:

  • Be working at minimum Sous Chef level

  • Have a balanced CV, reliability is very important, so no \’jumpy\’ chefs please

  • Have experience covering senior chefs days off

  • Be able to enthuse & engage junior chefs, no \’shouty chefs\’ please

  • Have a strong work ethic

  • Have means of transport

  • Experience working in varied kitchen environments

  • DBS needed for Care-home chefs
