We are working with a number of clients throughout Newcastle, Northumberland & the North -East & Nationwide to offer temporary Chef positions from one day to 3 months, with a great deal of flexibility for you and very competitive rates, Limited company freelance chefs are also more than welcome!
The ideal temp chef will be able to demonstrate:
- Be working at minimum Sous Chef level
- Have a balanced CV, reliability is very important, so no \’jumpy\’ chefs please
- Have experience covering senior chefs days off
- Be able to enthuse & engage junior chefs, no \’shouty chefs\’ please
- Have a strong work ethic
- Have means of transport
- Experience working in varied kitchen environments
- DBS needed for Care-home chefs
