Working for the region's premium Hotel & Country Inn group, you will be tasked with working alongside the group Exec chef to support the talented kitchens throughout the region, covering holidays, occasional shortages, and events. This is a very rewarding position for the right forward-thinking head chef.

Our clients are offering a fantastic package for the right chef:

  • A superb salary of £35,000 plus mileage
  • The opportunity to develop the varied venues' menus and kitchen cultures alongside the Exec chef

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • A proven fresh food-led background, ideally to a Rosette standard, be it Gastro, Restaurant, or Hotel
  • The position is ideally for an established head chef, although sous chefs with a proven management history will be considered
  • A desire to innovate & create, and be excited by local seasonal products
  • A sound understanding of kitchen management
  • Being mobile is a must due to location and nature of the position; no company car included - Yet!
