This quality country Inn with rooms nestled in the North York's Countryside very close to Malton & with close links to Northallerton, York & Thirsk is looking to recruit an experienced hands-on Head Chef to head up the kitchen at this fast-paced country Inn.
The Inn has a 100 cover restaurant serving an elevated gastro pub style menu and is a fast-paced high volume site, requiring a strong head chef to lead the team of 12 chefs serving the award-winning menu to locals and destination diners 7 days a week.

- A sound understanding of kitchen management
