Our Independent client is opening this stunning venue in the leafy Leeds suburb of Ilkley, with great train links to Leeds, and are looking to recruit an experienced restaurant General Manager to head up the restaurant, and work with the experienced owners in the recruitment of your own team, working alongside the talented head chef to bring this stunning exciting concept to Ilkley. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious General Manager to be the one who opens up and builds this new opening into something very special, using the best cuts of Yorkshire cattle & all ingredients being locally sourced and fully sustainable. This will be a highlight on the Ilkley dining scene for years to come.
