Our clients who operate this premium 4 star country hotel & fine dining restaurant, are recruiting a restaurant manager to oversee the day to day running of the stunning restaurant, heading up a team of 10 foh staff, and reporting into the Hotel General manager

As Food & Beverage Manager you will:

  • Have a friendly yet professional persona
  • Experience working in a multi outlet operation
  • Experience working in a rosette standard restaurant
  • Experience working in a 5 star hotel
  • Be a strong leader, being able to enthuse those around you
  • Be able to lead by example to ensure your high standards filter through the front of house team
  • Controlling the staff management and training along with ordering and stock control.
  • Have the ability to self-manage and the ability to adapt and improvise to changing situations.
