We are working on this fantastic opportunity with our award-winning client who operates this stunning high-quality, high-volume restaurant in Bowness on Windermere. The position offers aspiring chefs the opportunity to work within one of the region's finest kitchens, utilising the finest products from Derbyshire & beyond to create a menu that is both classically Italian but also offers some modern twists and techniques.
The ideal Chef will have the following attributes:
- Experience working with fresh food, be it in Restaurant, Hotel or Gastro pub.
- Ideally worked in a fresh food led kitchen, although a desire to learn is just as important.
- Demonstrate at least 1 year in a similar position; no jumpy chefs here.
