We are working on this fantastic opportunity with our independent client who operates this modern gastro pub commutable to Darlington & Northallerton.

The Chef de Partie position offers aspiring chefs the opportunity to work within one of the region\’s finest kitchens, which has recently had a complete refurb, utilizing the finest products from Yorkshire & beyond to create a menu that is both classically gastro but also offers some modern twists and techniques.

The ideal Chef de Partie will have the following attributes:

• Experience working with fresh food, be it in Restaurant, Hotel or Gastro pub.
• Ideally worked in a fresh food led kitchen, although a desire to learn is just as important here.
• Demonstrate at least 1 year in a similar position, no jumpy chefs here.
• Have the desire & attitude to learn every day, soak up the style of service, and high standards of the kitchens, & bring a sound work ethic to the team; hard work, passion & desire are the attributes my client is looking for.
