Relief Chef positions available throughout Newcastle & the North East with top rates up to £50,000 PA. Day times available, straight shifts, and long-term options. Live-in available, up to £25 per hour, weekly paid.
We offer relief & temporary Chef positions in:
- Events
- Hotels
- Restaurants
- Gastro Pubs
- Care homes
- Schools
Minimum 8-hour shifts, straight shifts, and long-term contracts. Sole traders and Limited company contractors are welcome.
The ideal temp chef will be able to demonstrate:
- Working at minimum Sous Chef level
- A balanced CV; reliability is very important
- Experience covering senior chefs' days off
- Ability to enthuse & engage junior chefs
- A strong work ethic
- Own means of transport would be an advantage
- Experience working in varied kitchen environments
- For Care home & School work, a DBS is required
