The Opportunity
We are delighted to be recruiting for a Deputy Housekeeping Manager to join the team at an exceptional private estate and luxury wellbeing destination near Skipton .
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced housekeeping professional who enjoys working to high standards and wants to be part of a beautiful, fast-paced and varied estate environment. Youll support the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing the day-to-day housekeeping operation across the estate, ensuring consistently high standards of cleanliness, presentation and guest experience.
The role would suit someone who is organised, hands-on and confident leading a team, with excellent attention to detail and a genuine pride in delivering outstanding standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Housekeeping Manager with the day-to-day running of the housekeeping operation.
- Help lead, motivate and develop the housekeeping team.
- Ensure bedrooms, guest accommodation and estate areas are maintained to an exceptional standard.
- Carry out regular quality checks and ensure agreed standards are consistently achieved.
