This independent group are looking to recruit a talented head chef for their multi rosette wining country inn in this lovely area of natural beauty in Leyburn, to head up a team of talented chefs in this recently refurbished kitchen to create a modern, locally sourced menu utilising the best meat & game Yorkshire has to offer and the finest seafood from the counties east coast and beyond.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

A keen eye for detail, and a passion for your craft

BEing ahead chef previously in a rosette winning kitchen would be an advantage

Experience working in a fast-paced fresh food led kitchen

Experience working within a similar independent casual dining venue

Experience running service to high standards, and being always in tune with your team

Spot on knowledge of stock control, costings and menu planning
