About the role

Lead strategic content marketing to drive commercial results and support product launches, PR, awards, SEO, events and brand building.

What you will do

  • Content strategy & creation: Own, develop, and execute global content strategy, align with business goals and present to executive team.
  • Content creation: Plan, research, write ebooks, case studies, blogs, infographics, interviews and oversee the Content Marketing Manager’s output.
  • Content promotion: Drive organic reach and collaborate with Senior Growth and Digital Marketing teams to integrate content into global campaigns.
  • New content opportunities: Identify opportunities with executives and stakeholders, manage timelines for customer outreach and marketing leads before project launches.
  • Video: Lead production of key video case studies, showreels and demos from storyboard to final edit.
  • Brand champion: Uphold brand tone, voice and design standards across all global content.

PR, Thought Leadership, Awards & Socials

  • PR: Own global PR strategy, budget and agency relationships; manage hero stories, product launches and feature contributions.
  • Thought Leadership: Coordinate content strategy based on insights from experts and submit speaker proposals; collaborate with Events Manager.
  • Sector Research: Conduct research into key verticals and use insights to inform content plan.
  • Awards strategy: Own awards strategy, budget and manage entries and attendance.
  • Social media oversight: Sign off on Content Marketing Manager’s social media plans to ensure alignment.

Analytics and Success Management

  • SEO & GEO: Own performance of Insights Hub, ensure adherence to SEO/GEO best practices, collaborate with Digital Marketing.
  • Analytics and success management: Lead analysis of content performance, delivering quarterly, half-yearly and annual reports to VP of Marketing and executive team.

Operational Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Directly manage the Content Marketing Manager and oversee content production, social media, and professional development.
  • Budget Management: Own the annual content marketing budget, ensuring quarterly spend targets and global distribution.

Experience we are looking for

  • 8+ years proven experience in content strategy driving company growth.
  • Experience creating content for technology, hardware, or software companies.
  • Experience managing external agencies and resources.
  • Experience mentoring or managing a team of 1+ direct reports.
  • Experience managing video production.
  • Project management expertise, managing multiple projects at pace.
  • Understanding of best-in-class SEO practices.

Not essential but extra points if

  • Experience in media and entertainment industry (Live Events, Immersive Experiences, Themed Attractions, Stadiums & Venues, Film/TV).
  • Experience using tools in the marketing tech stack: Salesforce, Pardot, Drupal CMS, Power BI, GA4.
  • Basic design skills using Figma or similar tools.
