Role Overview

The Director/VP of Operations oversees operational functions including Supply Chain, Fulfillment, Logistics, IT Infrastructure & Security, and Facilities. The role ensures business continuity, service excellence, and scalable infrastructure, reporting to the COO and working within the Business Excellence COE. The ideal candidate is strategic, cross-functional, and experienced in global operations, leading and developing international teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define operational strategy across supply chain, IT, logistics, and facilities.
  • Build and lead global teams with clear KPIs for excellence and efficiency.
  • Align operational capabilities with commercial goals in partnership with Product, Sales, and Customer teams.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Lead global product fulfillment, procurement, and vendor relationships.
  • Oversee IT systems security, availability, and cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Manage facilities, workplace services, and automation initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and standards like GDPR, ISO27001, SOC2.
  • Lead and develop a talented team, fostering growth and high performance.

Key Metrics & Success Indicators

  • Fulfillment accuracy, inventory turnover, cost-to-serve.
  • IT uptime, ticket resolution, cybersecurity incidents.
  • Facilities risk mitigation, audit scores.

  • 10+ years in senior operational leadership, in manufacturing, tech, SaaS, hardware.

  • Experience with tools like NetSuite, Salesforce, Power BI, Jira, ISMS.
