You will also collaborate with key stakeholders in the wider business, from Product and Sales, to R&D and Technical Solutions to inform thought leadership and ensure we are creating exciting, impactful and educational content for our community.

You will also own lead-driving activities like webinars, handling everything from tech rehearsals to final delivery.

You will lead on hero customer stories, product launches and company news, work on feature contributions, and will be accountable for consistency, quality and maintenance of brand voice across all global PR activities.

You will lead on the submission of speaker proposals, working with the Events Manager to ensure we have a strong presence at key industry events.
  • Sector Research: Conduct proactive, in‑depth research into key business verticals (Live Events, Immersive Experiences, Themed Attractions, and Stadiums and Venues). You will use these insights to identify emerging marketing trends and customer pain points, and lead the direction of the content plan and thought leadership strategy.
