Who We Are

We believe in a world where research never sleeps. Most companies struggle to understand their customers. Not because they don't try, but because market research can be siloed, slow, and incomplete. Discuss is changing that. Our mission is to elevate human understanding at scale by building the always-on solution that transforms market research, making it continuous and intelligent while keeping humans at the centre. We’ve built a comprehensive, innovative set of AI-driven solutions that have made us only one of two companies named a Leader in the Forrester Wave Q1 2026 Experience Research Platforms Report. Discuss has earned top rankings by G2 for Best Results, Customer Relationships, Usability, and more for 14 consecutive quarters. We’re not slowing down any time soon.

In the age of AI, scaling empathy without losing human understanding matters. Solving this problem makes what we do every day both interesting and rewarding. Our team believes in doing the right thing, even when it's inconvenient. We build tools that customers love because we listen to them. We believe in transparency and we own the results together. Discuss is a team of 200+ employees in 23 countries, serving 900 customers worldwide. We hire people who care about the humans on the other side of the data and want to help build something that hasn’t existed before. If you want your work to make the distance between organizations and the people they serve feel, for once, like it isn’t there, we’d love to talk.
