We're a fintech company at the forefront of AI-driven banking innovation, helping banks better understand customer needs, generate actionable insights, and provide smarter financial guidance. Our platform analyzes real-time transaction data, enabling banks to proactively support customers in managing their finances and reaching their goals.

We are looking for a Marketing Operations & AI Orchestrator reporting to the CMO, to own the technical and operational backbone of our global marketing team. This is a newly designed role at the intersection of AI engineering and marketing operations - built for someone as comfortable building Claude-powered workflows as they are reconciling a budget with Finance.

You will own our team's instance of Claude and all related AI integrations, serve as the architect of how we use AI to operate at scale, and ensure the marketing team runs efficiently, on budget, and with the tools they need to perform.

Responsibilities
  • Own the marketing budget end-to-end: tracking spend, managing POs, processing invoices, and coordinating bill payment with Finance
  • Lead monthly and quarterly budget reconciliation in partnership with the Finance team
  • Flag variances, maintain forecast accuracy, and ensure the team operates within plan
  • Manage vendor and agency contracts from an operational and financial standpoint
  • Own campaign operations infrastructure: project tracking, timelines, cross-functional dependencies, and delivery
  • Support quarterly and annual planning processes
  • Own, administer, and evolve the marketing team's Claude environment and all connected AI tools and integrations
  • Design, build, and iterate AI-powered applications that automate and accelerate how the team works - from content workflows to campaign reporting to research synthesis
  • Identify new opportunities to embed AI into team processes and lead adoption across the team
  • Serve as the team's resident expert on AI capabilities, tools, and best practices
  • Keep the CMO informed on operational health across programs and budget
Requirements
  • 5+ years in marketing operations, program management, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience building with AI tools - Claude experience strongly preferred; prompt engineering, API integrations, or workflow automation required
  • Proven ability to translate a team's operational needs into working tools and systems — not just recommendations
  • Strong budget management and financial operations skills; comfortable working directly with Finance
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Comfortable operating in a lean, fast-moving team where you're both the strategist and the builder
  • Experience in B2B SaaS; financial services or fintech a plus

Why This Role? You won't be maintaining someone else's tech stack. You'll be building ours from scratch with the mandate to use AI to rethink how a modern marketing team operates. If you've been waiting for a role that lets you do that with full ownership and a direct line to the CMO, this is it. Visa sponsorship for this role is currently not available.
