Discovery is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join The Exchange team in Somerset. You will help three gentlemen with autism and learning disabilities to live fulfilling lives, promoting independence and meaningful activities.
You will assist with daily living, personal care and medication, and build trusting relationships with the individuals and their families. Shifts run 7am–2:30pm and 2:30pm–10pm with alternate weekends and sleep-ins.
