What You’ll Do:
- Empower individuals to live independently and achieve their personal goals.
- Provide practical assistance with daily activities, such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
- Offer emotional support and encourage participation in community activities.
- Work collaboratively with a team to deliver person-centred support plans.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure the safety and well-being of those you support.
What We’re Looking For:

- Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided.
