We are looking for proactive, engaging and caring people to join our close-knit support team in Minehead, where we support both ladies and gentlemen live independent and fulfilling lives.
As a Support Worker for our team in Minehead, you will be a key part of ensuring the people we support get to live the lives that they want to, enjoying various different activities, whether that be going out and about in the car, going out for lunch or going swimming. There is so much opportunity to grow in this role whilst supporting someone to grow themselves and experience new things.
The role will also involve supporting people in their own homes, cooking, cleaning and keeping the space tidy; you may also be supporting with some personal care from time to time.
