What you'll be doing:

  • Building positive, trusting relationships
  • Supporting daily routines, including personal care, meals and finances
  • Encouraging independence, confidence and choice
  • Supporting people in the home and out in their community
  • Working as part of different teams to deliver safe, consistent, high-quality care

What we're looking for:

  • Adaptable – comfortable working in different environments
  • Reliable and flexible – able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
  • Competent and willing to learn – full training provided
  • Experienced or values-driven – care experience is helpful, but not essential
  • Committed to high standards – compliant, professional and person-centred

You’ll also need to:

  • Commute to the home you are working in (up to 1 hour from your home address)
  • Use your own car for work and have (or be willing to obtain) business insurance
