Driving licence, access to a car & business insurance essential Looking for a role where you can make an impact, develop your skills, and enjoy true variety As a Floating Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting our homes across Minehead, Williton and the surrounding areas—stepping in where you're needed most and helping teams thrive. This is not your typical support worker role. Help reduce pressure on teams, giving managers the space to focus on quality and growth You might support a service through a staffing gap, help stabilise a team, or assist during a period of change. Every placement has purpose—and your impact is immediate. You'll support adults with learning disabilities to live fulfilling and independent lives by: Building positive, trusting relationships Supporting daily routines, including personal care, meals and finances Supporting people in the home and out in their community Working as part of different teams to deliver safe, consistent, high-quality care Reliable and flexible - able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends Competent and willing to learn - full training provided Experienced & Values-Driven - previous experience in a care setting is essential Use your own car for work and have (or be willing to obtain) business insurance Fully paid training to ensure you feel confident and capable in every service Our homes have strong core teams—and when they need extra support, that's where you come in. You'll help keep services running smoothly, reduce reliance on agency staff, and bring consistency to the people we support.
