Are you a compassionate, adaptable, and reliable support worker looking for a new challenge? We are currently recruiting a Peripatetic Support Worker (Awake Night Shifts) to work across multiple homes, providing high-quality support to individuals with diverse needs.
About the Role:
As a peripatetic worker, you\’ll play a vital role in maintaining continuity of care across several residential settings. You\’ll be covering awake night shifts, ensuring the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of individuals during overnight hours.
This is a mobile role – ideal for someone who is confident working in new environments, has a broad skill set, and can easily adapt to different teams and service user needs.
What We\’re Looking For:

Experience in care/support work (preferably including night shifts)

A flexible, positive attitude and willingness to travel

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to adapt quickly and work independently
