We are looking for dedicated team who will support people in Taunton and surrounding areas to access community facilities such has hydro, trips to the theatre, cinema, local clubs and local places of interest.

Ability to drive is essential due to expectancy to travel across Somerset.

As part of this role, you will:

  • Help adults with learning disabilities and/or autism to learn the skills they need to live the life they choose
  • Support with daily tasks including shopping, housework, cleaning and laundry
  • Support with medication and personal care
  • Support and encourage people to find opportunities in education, employment and leisure, and enable them to take part in these opportunities
  • Continuously upskill yourself to ensure you can meet the needs of the business
