Are you bored with your current job and looking for a new challenge? Discovery is looking for Community Connectors to join our fantastic Outreach team to work across Street and Yeovil.

Responsibilities
- Engage with people to help them learn something new or take a further step towards independence.
- Provide support and guidance throughout the community outreach activities.
- Work across Somerset, including driving where necessary.
- Maintain accurate records using the provided phone and tablet.
- Collaborate with Locality and Assistant Locality Managers and attend regular team meetings.
Qualifications
- Adequate literacy and numeracy skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Enhanced DBS Disclosure (to be obtained by Discovery).
