At Apple Tree Court — a lively home supporting 12 adults — we’re excited to welcome Support Workers who are ready to bring fresh ideas, positivity, and a values-driven approach to life. At Eldermere, you’ll be part of a close-knit, friendly team supporting six wonderful adults to live life in a way that feels meaningful to them.

This is a rewarding weekend role supporting people across two friendly homes in Cheddar, where every day is different and full of opportunities to make a real impact. This is a really hands-on, rewarding role where you’ll be supporting five people to live life their way, in a home right by Chard Reservoir.

In this rewarding role, you’ll be supporting a fun-loving 64-year-old gentleman with learning disabilities and autism to live his life to the fullest. What truly brings Eliot Court to life are the people who call it home and the hobbies, interests and passion that make each day feel meaningful and full of personality.

At Newholme, you’ll join a warm, close-knit home in a friendly village where the people we support are at the heart of everything. You don’t need previous social care experience — what matters most is having the right values, the confidence to learn, and a commitment to supporting people to live the life they choose.

You’ll be part of a supportive, collaborative team, working together to deliver person-centred support that truly reflects each individual’s needs, preferences, and aspirations.
