Due to internal promotion, we are looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious chef ready to take the next step into a leadership role, gaining valuable management experience while supporting the delivery of high standards across the kitchen.
Role Responsibilities
- Working closely with the Head Chef, you will lead a section and play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
- You will prepare and present high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning while following recipes and dietary requirements.
- You will also contribute to menu development across our restaurants, events, and banqueting, bringing fresh and seasonal ideas to the team.
- You will support, motivate, and develop junior team members, helping to create a positive and collaborative working environment.
- Alongside the Head Chef, you will assist with training, maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety, and ensure the kitchen operates efficiently at all times.
- You will also respond professionally to guest feedback and accommodate dietary needs where required.

About Moness
Moness Resort is located in Aberfeldy, set within 35 acres of Highland scenery, offering accommodation, dining, leisure, and spa facilities, and hosting weddings and events. This role does not qualify for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa requirements and eligibility criteria. Only applicants with the right to work in mainland UK can be considered. What we Offer
