The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 € per year.

You will work four nights per week across two nearby homes in Taunton, both located within an approximate 2-mile radius of each other. One home supports five gentlemen, while the other supports three men and one woman, all with a range of disabilities and support needs.

Each night, you will play a vital part in creating a safe, calm and comforting environment where people feel secure, respected and well-supported.

Responsibilities
  • Carrying out regular keeping-safe checks to ensure everyone is comfortable and settled.
  • Maintaining a clean, hygienic and welcoming environment throughout the night.
  • Accurately recording important information using our easy-to-use IT systems, including support notes and health and safety checks.
  • Creating a reassuring, therapeutic atmosphere that promotes wellbeing.
  • Supporting people with their evening or night-time routines in ways that matter to them.
  • Providing personal care when required, always with dignity, compassion and respect.
