Position Overview
Your Leisure are looking for an enthusiastic Sales and Support Team Leader to join our Customer Service team based at Discovery Park, that shares our mission \’to improve the health, wellbeing, and lifestyle of everyone within our communities\’ as well as our vision to \’LiveBetter with Your Leisure\’. You will focus on driving sales and developing and executing sales initiatives. As team leader you will be an integral member of the team, motivating, mentoring and driving sales and service standards while also assisting our customers with general enquiries, membership information, course subscriptions and beach huts.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be a car owner/driver and be able to work on a shift basis working some evenings and weekends as part of the team to ensure the widest support to our customers and facility users.
Qualifications
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Proven sales and/or customer services experience.
- Proven knowledge of leading a team.
- Understanding of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Proficiency with social media, sales outreach and Microsoft 365.
