The Role:

  • Friendly voice and welcoming first point of contact for members and visitors.
  • Support new and existing memberships.
  • Guide customers through course bookings.
  • Handle cancellations and general enquiries.
  • Promote services, current offers, and upcoming events.
  • Make proactive calls to showcase what we do.
  • Build positive relationships and champion the brand.

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service or sales experience.
  • A confident, warm telephone manner.
  • Great communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Quick learning ability with digital systems.

Working Hours:

  • Tuesday: 13:00 – 18:00
  • Wednesday: 14:30 – 19:30
  • Thursday: 08:00 – 13:00
  • Friday: 13:00 – 18:00
  • Weekends (1 in 4): 09:30 – 16:00. Thursday and Friday off when working at the weekend.
