The Role:
- Friendly voice and welcoming first point of contact for members and visitors.
- Support new and existing memberships.
- Guide customers through course bookings.
- Handle cancellations and general enquiries.
- Promote services, current offers, and upcoming events.
- Make proactive calls to showcase what we do.
- Build positive relationships and champion the brand.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or sales experience.
- A confident, warm telephone manner.
- Great communication skills – written and verbal.
- Quick learning ability with digital systems.
- A love for organisation and getting the details right.
- A positive attitude that helps others feel supported.
Working Hours:
- Tuesday: 13:00 – 18:00
- Wednesday: 14:30 – 19:30
- Thursday: 08:00 – 13:00
- Friday: 13:00 – 18:00
- Weekends (1 in 4): 09:30 – 16:00. Thursday and Friday off when working at the weekend.
