This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, providing high-quality, efficient support that enables them to focus on delivering strategic priorities. You'll be a trusted partner, managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings, preparing documentation, and ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes. You'll also act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, building positive relationships and ensuring communication is clear, consistent and professional.
Responsibilities
- Managing complex calendars and scheduling for multiple senior leaders
- Coordinating meetings, events and governance activity (including preparing agendas, papers and minutes)
- Acting as a first point of contact for enquiries, maintaining professionalism and discretion at all times
- Supporting projects and initiatives across the organisation
- Ensuring systems, processes and records are well organised and up to date
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across teams and schools to keep everything connected and moving forward
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior administrative or executive support role
- Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to prioritise, problem-solve and remain calm under pressure
- High levels of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality
- A proactive mindset β always one step ahead
- Depending on your role, occasional travel between Discovery locations may be required. A valid driving licence and appropriate business insurance are necessary, and you will need to provide evidence of these documents
