Discovery Inc is seeking a Community Connector to support 24 adults with learning disabilities and/or autism across Street and Yeovil. You will help individuals access activities, relationships, volunteering, employment and local resources while promoting independence.
The role involves some lone-working, travel across sites, and shifts between 8:30am and 10:00pm, including evenings and weekends. A full UK driving licence and own vehicle are required, with DBS training provided.
