We are looking for a Unity Developer to help create engaging and interactive experiences for educators and students worldwide. In this role, you will develop and maintain Unity-based applications and games, focusing on implementing features and optimizing performance across multiple platforms. Working as part of a collaborative team of developers, designers, and engineers, you will contribute to delivering high-quality, user-focused digital experiences that make learning immersive and impactful.
In This Role You Will
- Design and Development
- Develop and maintain Unity-based applications and games.
- Implement game features, systems, and tools.
- Optimize performance for smooth gameplay across WebGL, iOS, and Android platforms.
- Collaboration and Delivery
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and timelines.
- Stay current with Unity technologies and suggest workflow improvements.
- Technical Excellence
- Participate in code reviews and assist with build and deployment processes.
- Debug and troubleshoot performance and stability issues.

Credentials And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in game development or equivalent.
- Proficiency in C# and Unity3D.
- Experience building browser-based and mobile games (WebGL, iOS, Android).
- Experience with VR/AR development preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
This role is primarily remote, with occasional in-person attendance required for team meetings, workshops, or company events. The hiring range for this position is between £40,300- £45,350 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual bonus.
