- Cross‑functional leadership, customer insights & innovation
- Represent the business’s needs through defined requirements and priorities for curriculum, design, and engineering teams
- Represent the needs of educators and students, building them directly into priorities through collaboration with user research, product marketing, data teams, and internal stakeholders
- Build strong relationships across the curriculum and broader organisation to garner buy‑in, pull workstreams together, and leverage internal expertise
- Use AI and emerging technologies to accelerate DreamBox’s speed to market and customer value
- Mentor and support other product managers, contributing to product practice excellence and team capability building

- Customer Focus — Keep educator and student needs at the centre by converting insights into clear requirements, usability improvements, and measurable learning outcomes
- Learning Agility — Learn quickly in new areas (e.g., AI, analytics, K–12 constraints) and apply those insights through experimentation and iteration
