We’re looking for a UX Designer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in the fast-paced world of web development and digital marketing, delivering user-centred, results-driven solutions for a wide range of UK and global clients. You’ll be responsible for shaping exceptional digital experiences across our client projects while also helping design our new product from the ground up. This unique role gives you the opportunity to apply your UX expertise across varied challenges and make a meaningful impact on both client outcomes and our own product vision. You’ll have a keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting thoughtful, accessible, and intuitive user experiences. Working closely with our developers, designers, and marketing specialists, you’ll use research, strategy, and creativity to bring ideas to life and deliver measurable results. Responsibilities:

  • Apply design thinking to solve complex user experience challenges
  • Conduct user research and translate insights into personas, journey maps, and information architecture
  • Use Figma to design and prototype engaging, user-focused experiences across the web
  • Build and maintain consistent design systems that support scalability and efficiency across client projects and our product
  • Produce clear and comprehensive design documentation for development handoff
  • Collaborate closely with developers, marketers, and content specialists throughout the project lifecycle
  • Stay up to date with the latest UX trends, accessibility standards, and best practices
  • Advocate for user-centred design principles in every stage of the design and development process

Requirements:

  • Professional UX design experience (within an agency or in-house environment)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a user-centred design process and real-world results
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing
  • Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design principles
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with a passion for continual improvement
  • Experience working with international or multi-language projects is a plus
